Shipping Rates and Policies

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

Product is shipped using UPS Ground for all packages. Shipping costs are not included in listed prices, but are added at the end on the order form. Missouri residents will be charged state sales tax. You will be notified immediately of any 'out of stock' product.

DAMAGED POLICY

All shipments must be opened and inspected upon delivery. We are not responsible for damages reported 15 days or more after the ship date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Refusal of an order upon receipt does not constitute a return.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

You can return anything within 3 months - no questions asked. We have the most liberal return policy around. You can return anything within three months of the order date for any reason.
